Order Processing Deadline
We always aim to provide same day shipping with tracking number if orders are placed and payment has been received prior to our couriers cut off time at 12pm PST. If orders are placed after the cutoff time they are processed the following business day. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays get processed on the following business day.

Shipping rates are specific to your location and can be found during checkout after inputing your address.
Types of Shipping
Expedited: This is a land based shipping option that takes anywhere from 2-7 days based on the delivery address location.
Xpresspost: This service is provided by air, the shipping time is between 1-3 days for all of Canada based on the delivery address location.
Priority: This is the fastest by air shipping service we offer, it may come at a premium cost but you do get 1-day shipping guaranteed for almost anywhere in the country, if you need our specialized blends asap this is the way to go.
Additional Information
At 365KratomCanada we stick by our delivery standards that’s noted on our site. There may be rare occasions where delivery is not delivered as promised due to factors that is out of our control. 365KratomCanada will not be held liable for any shipping courier service failures, including delayed deliveries or lost packages.
We highly recommend that you double-check your shipping address and is correct when placing your order (unit number or apartment number etc..) and lastly, verify this again in your order confirmation email.
365KratomCanada is not responsible for covering any charges for items returned to us, due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided to us by a customer. These items may be subject to a $15 ‘Return to Sender’ fee, as well as the original shipping costs to re-send the order.
