Question 1: "Is your kratom lab-tested?"
Roughly one in three first-time emails from Canadian buyers asks this in some form. The answer is yes — every batch we ship gets third-party lab testing for heavy metals, microbial counts, alkaloid profile, and pesticide residue. We publish the COAs on our Lab Reports page, linked to batch numbers printed on every bag. Buyers can verify the batch they receive against the public report.
The follow-up question is often "can I see the COA before I order?" — yes, the Lab Reports page is public and unrestricted.
Question 2: "How long does shipping take to {city}?"
The single most-asked question from repeat Canadian buyers. Our standard timeline:
- Southern Ontario, BC Lower Mainland, southern Alberta: 2–3 business days.
- Quebec, prairie cities, Vancouver Island: 3–5 business days.
- Maritime provinces: 4–6 business days.

Question 3: "What's the difference between your blends?"
The most-asked product question. Each of our five blends — CLARITY, GOODNIGHT, UPLIFT, RELAX, SUNRISE — is a recipe combination of vein colours (red, green, white) and mesh sizes. The blend names are recipe identifiers, not promises about how kratom will affect you. We provide the recipe context on each product page; we don't tell buyers which blend is "for" anything specific.
When buyers want to try several blends without committing to full-size bags, we recommend the Mini Sampler bundle (5×25g — one bag of each blend).
Question 4: "Do you offer capsules / tinctures / extracts?"
No. We sell raw kratom powder only. Capsules and tinctures add packaging and processing variables that we don't want to introduce into our supply chain. Powder is the most direct format and matches our lab-testing protocol most cleanly.
Question 5: "How do I store an opened bag?"
Cool, dark, dry, sealed. The original brown bag with a chip clip works fine. Glass jars with airtight lids are a popular upgrade. We don't recommend keeping kratom in clear or transparent containers in direct light. Canadian buyers in humid climates (Vancouver, Maritime provinces) sometimes vacuum-seal bulk supply.
Question 6: "Can I order from outside Canada?"
We currently ship only to Canadian addresses. Cross-border shipping introduces customs unpredictability that doesn't match our same-business-day standard. International buyers ask occasionally, but we don't have a workable path to ship reliably to the US or beyond.
Question 7: "What payment methods do you accept?"
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Interac e-Transfer. Encrypted checkout. We use standard Canadian payment processors. We don't see your full card number; the processor does.
Question 8: "Is my order discreet?"
Yes. Plain brown packaging with no branding on the outside. Return address is our warehouse with no product description visible. Statements show our business name, not "kratom".
Question 9: "What if I don't like the blend I ordered?"
We can't accept opened bags back for resale (it's a botanical product — once opened, we can't verify it for resale). For first-time customers who want to try several blends, the Mini Sampler bundle is the safer route. If a sealed bag arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we'll resolve it.
Question 10: "Is kratom legal in Canada?"
The honest answer is that Canadian kratom regulation is nuanced and shifts over time. Kratom is not approved by Health Canada for human consumption, which means we sell it as a botanical product and do not make health or use claims. Canadian buyers are responsible for understanding the current regulatory context themselves. We recommend consulting Health Canada and provincial resources directly. Our role as a vendor is to be transparent about sourcing, lab-testing, and shipping — not to provide regulatory or health guidance.
Question 11: "Who runs 365 Kratom Canada?"
A small Canadian team based in Canada. We don't have a call centre, we don't use scripts, and the email reply you get is from a real person. Customer support tends to be the same one or two people, week after week, which is why response time stays under one business day.
What we don't answer
We don't answer questions about portion sizing, what blend is "best for" anything, or how kratom affects specific conditions. Those are buyer-side decisions or questions for a healthcare professional in Canada. We concentrate on what we can be transparent about: where the kratom comes from, how it's tested, and how it gets to you.
